Young Interviewers Policy

A policy that formalizes how young people contribute to recruiting staff that will provide the services they access, was agreed at Panel and will now move towards ratification. The top left picture shows Subhana and Kim, two of our care leavers with recruitment experience who recently spent a day interviewing for a po-sition in the MASH team. We look to accredit the learning and reward the commitment!
